Bump.

I just got my hands on 15kg pork neck, and now I want to make some serious pulled pork.

Got any tips for this?

What I'm especially looking for is a killer bbq sauce.

I always try to be organic in my cooking so I don't wanna buy any processed ready made BBQ sauce from the grocery store which is usually filled with sugar.

Godspeed for anyone who can bust out a killer recipe for a sauce to Pulled Pork.
