Cottage cheese is good for protein intake and calcium. Also proven to improve concentration and cognitive abilities. True super food. When I was in Kiev I would blend fresh berries, 1 banana and 300-400 grams of 0 fat cottage cheese with a bit of milk for consistency. Perfect workout day breakfast shake.

Salt and pepper is how I was raised to eat it. I'm amazed that only one other post in this thread mentioned it. I'll take it plain with salt and pepper over any kind of fruit or sweetener.

I have also had it in Lasagna, and it does work well.
