I've always thought he was quite intelligent and I do read his site from time to time.

My understanding of his primary game model is to create a persona- the "douchebag"- which is a masculine archetype of a certain type- hypermasculine, aggressive, muscular, seemingly not too smart.

The douchebag persona is chosen because most attractive women who are looking for quick, casual sex will choose this guy over other male types.

He emphasizes maximizing your look-getting jacked, good grooming, wearing certain types of clothes, etc, and having high confidence because he's looking to have girls make a snap decision that he is a good partner for sex very soon, and he knows those are the two factors most girls key on.

Then he does a lot of approaches and screens girls fast and hard to find out which girls are highly sexually interested at that moment.

It's a totally legitimate game style for guys who gravitate in that direction. But even if you don't want to go "full douchebag" he still offers some valuable techniques and information. In particular, I like his emphasis on screening, which I don't think gets enough attention in most game discussions.

I agree with you, social scene game is something I am quite strong in. But, for particular kinds of social circles.

What do you guys think about Sonny Arvado? I think he is great, too.

There is not much to learn means there is not any tactics you normally see from pickup videos.
Like you said, the video is more about Just jumping into the pool.

As I've interacted with many women, I agree with his views.
You can't change a girls feeling about you. But there are girls who will find you attractive. It's your job to go out and meet them

Chris has a persona and a brand that connects with the common man. I think thats the point of a video like this. He's more daring in his content, which is probably a large part of his success.

sure does, I'm only about 195-200lbs right now (at 6-2). Scotty is probably 185-190lbs right now. "looking masculine" is key (in any sort of pickup style) and more important than just "big" or jacked

That's what got lost - the video is for total newbs. I remember my first cold approach. I thought I was going to piss myself. Then looking back, it was "oh, that was no big deal". Lots of guys just never open their mouth, then they end up on Missed Connections mooning over the girl that they should've talked to.

The OP on that thread didn't do any favors to Chris, the title was something like "Good Looking Loser's Infield footage is off the CHAIN!" which made it sound like the dude had re-invented pickup. That wasn't Chris' fault.

I've tried some of Goodlookingloser's advice but have found it to be at best highly exagerrated, but mostly ineffective. In all cases I followed his prescribed regiments as best as possible.

His endorsements that I've tried:
- Bathmate: no size gains after 9 months of use
- Kraton: worst case was nausea after ingesting too much. At lower doses, no effect. Used his brand
- Phenibut: works sometimes, other times doesn't. But never to the extent hyped on his website.

Of course results could vary person-to-person.
