^^ it's funny how so many girls neglect it. It's a foundation for men but women get way more aesthetic benefits from it.

That chic is bangin' with that good ratio of mass and tone. You can tell she probably has a dance background because the majority of her bulk is her legs and because the way her feet move when she was running on the track.

I kinda wanted to see her lift for real though. She was just doing toy weights because I see girls at my gym squatting more then dimes. I don't mind watching girls lift if they are hot and not nasty agressive with grunting and thier weight. Most girls will due high volume with a good ammout of weight if they are serious about thier shit.

I read her blog one time. She said some interesting things. She bought a fitness video about 15 years ago - and she says she has watched it about 11 thousand times! (I forget the exact number). Funny that - since despite fitness been a multi-billion pound industry, most people only stick with these products less than a dozen times.

She also says that she hates exercise (she finds it boring) and is a little sick of eating healthy all the time. But it is the price she is prepared to meet her goals. Also - after decades of dedication, it becomes more and more 'costly' to throw away all that hard work.

Her down to earth attitude really hit home with me. She seems to have being single for a long time - but recently got married (the husband is pretty ugly - weird).



I am a lazy fuck. But reading her blog actually inspired me to take up running again. Man that was a crazy weekend!

File all this under the following piece of wisdom.

Again. When guys say "eww I don't like girls who do competitive bodybuilding" they are thinking wrong and narrow minded. Read the headline again IFBB Pro Bikini...Guess what that means, she's a competitive bodybuilder? but in what class? Bikini...the highest fat/leanest muscle class not the "man with a woman's haircut and makeup" class.

These girls are great, spend all their time at the gym, without much time at the bars due to calories. The extra bonus is seeing the future, the women that are in the 'masters' divisions of these are 45 to 55 with bodies that again put a 20 year old fluffy hipster to shame.

I would recommend getting a girl who's hobby is competing into your rotation and seeing how even/consistent she is vs. the thursday night bar sluts.

This girl could deal with some trying to smile and fewer 'tough'/having a dump faces.
