Provided it doesn't consume your life and provide you with associate basement dweller traits, sure. I banged 3 girls during the time I played WoW (one of those played WoW too, but I hated talking about it with her as she couldn't say anything other than "oh it's cool" or "it sucks").

As long as gaming doesn't define your looks or personality. Some of the most alpha dudes I know are gamers - great way to let off steam and deal with stress from time to time. I'd recommend playing something more intellectual than WoW though (check: Total War series, Eve, etc.)

Ultimately dating women while playing WoW is going to irrevocably hamper your ability to truly succeed in building a powerful raid-capable character. Your guildmates will invariably treat you with contempt should you even bring up the subject, as girls are almost universally regarded by WoW players as a pursuit only followed by the most noobish of noobs. Sure, dedication to fucking girls may make you a "contextual alpha" within that area, but it simply doesn't transfer to your fake existence and you'll be considered a lowly omega dreg. You're really best off looking at what gets you ahead in WoW and focusing on hobbies that build character, such as killing the same monster over and over again for trade goods, fishing for ten hours a day to get an achievement, or downloading third party software in order to run statistical analyses to optimize your build.

I found my eyes getting too tired looking from gaming too much. Really the less you look at tv the better. I started looking better and healthier when I quit gaming.

Gaming is fine if you control it, but honestly why would you want to waste your time with such a frivolous activity?

In my opinion, its the male equivalent of a female social media addiction.
