Interesting piece.

Seems like the advice distills down to stopping to actually think about what you do, how you treat your body and mind and what you put into your body.

People need to slow the fuck down, chill and make time for things that matter to them and start to do for others with no expectation of reciprocity.

It is simple, but easy to miss in the fast-paced, self-absorped climate of America.
