i see this word thrown out a lot here.

can you explain exactly what it means? is it just "can stop thinking about that one girl" or is there more to it?

That's a good start. No doubt others on here will be able to delve deeper, for me sometimes I don't have to be particularly that into the girl. Just that is easy to default to her for sex, validation or whatever. It's not progressing you, nor is it fulfilling you, but its subconsciously sabotaging efforts with other girls. Lazyiness basically.

Google or a forum search will probably do you pretty well, but it's essentially believing a girl is "the one," and subsequently not being able to get her out of your head. It's bad news bears.
