I want to thank the members of the forum.

I lurked for a while, then joined about 6 months ago.

About a year ago I went off antidepressants I took off label for insomnia. Of course, my libido shot way up but I had no way to deal with it because my only "Game" was being cute when I was young and being on college campuses during the glorious '90's which was before the hamsters mutated into the monsters they are today.

I discovered the manosphere by reading commentaries on Red Pill articles a Red Pill friend of mine who claims 400 notches (I believe him) sent me. I identified with MGTOW and still think men should go their own way but not call it anything.

I started lifting again this summer, and seriously. Going to total muscle failure on each exercise, and I also do cardio. I've dropped 10 pounds overall while adding muscle. I need to work on evening out the gains and bulking my shoulders but the biceps and triceps show in any but the loosest shirts. Lots of squats to boost the test.

I got back into cooking fresh instead of fast food or frozen food.

I got back into reading books instead of just blogs.

Lately I've had checkers and waitresses smiling a lot, flirting, etc. I hadn't been out on a date in a long time but went out Monday with a cougar. No more porn or fap to motivate myself to score.

Now I'm asleep within 5 minutes of my head hitting the pillow.
