I've been working in this direction myself, stocking up on wine glasses and practicing my hosting skills for a few years now when I've had the opportunity, but now that I'm finished school and entirely focused on building a concrete lifestyle, I'm making big steps in this direction.

I'm going to save the club for dancing with friends I already know (going out with mixed groups and establishing value as the clear leader of the group), but only after the pre-party where I drink 90% of my alcohol for the evening.

This is a great idea and this is what I can do at my place. And I sometimes do.
The place has enough of room for 50 people inside, outside there isn't any limit.
I like theme parties also. When I'm home next time I plan to have 1920's style party.

The only problem is that my house is in a countryside village with not so many girls around. Need a solution to get them coming further away.

They arrive driving with their own car. Then they get drunk and later they "oh, I came with car and now I'm drunk. Do you mind if I stay the night at your place?"

House parties can be good. But also can end up as a disaster.
Especially in Finland since people drink themselves stone cold wasted and then in the middle of the night it's time to heat up the sauna and do some bathing.
Ha,even my own brother burned his ass bigtime when he slipped in the sauna and fell with his ass right on the smoking hit sauna stove.

This is absolutely true. I'd even take it a step further and add another iron in the fire: Networking events.

Meetup.com and googling "young professionals events" in your city produces solid ratios. On the plus side, girls go there with the mindset to chat. Factor in that if you go to a "young profs" event, the clientele tends to be in the 22-29 range (which might be a little too old for some of you guys ) Even if you already have a job, sauntering into one of these places gives you the opportunity to meet new people in the working world. Add happy hour drink specials and you're off to the races.

I make small talk, flirt, and get numbers with ease and my game level is two steps away from shit. The plus side is is that I'm naturally social, and tend to thrive in extroverted environments. I'm not saying that networking events should be a substitute for cold approaching, but these events work well if indirect is more your speed.

Maybe my city is different (Melbourne, Australia - I doubt it though) but I frequent many high end restaurant bars and while the ratio is good, the women are mostly a lot older and not hot. Any young one there is usually on a date with someone, or works there. It's likely because those places cost a lot more money and young attractive girls are both broke and cheap.

I started Salsa dance lessons last night. Actually a 50/50 ratio at the studio I'm going to, but some of the males are probably homosexuals.

I'll have to look into "young professional" events. I'm 33, so not really a young person anymore, but fuck it, I look a lot younger for my age, so there.

My view on this topic is fairly complex.

1\ Pussy is a zero sum market. Here

4\ Women have developed evolutionary behaviors where they seek validation. For this reason, today's technological developments have been favorable to them by offering services which help them get that vital hamster nutrient. Since they get their hamster-nutrient from technological sources they don't need to meet men irl.

5\ Extrapolated Desire economy. Women are being exposed to more novel forms of sexuality at a younger age. It is a continuous re-invention of a novel sexuality to the point where they begin to desire someone so obnoxious as Rich Piana, and show little interest in average men. This is helped on by tumblr, internet, instagram and by the sheer availability of men.

6\ Males being exposed to holographic-sex at a higher rate. Did your grandpa fap to porn 4 hrs a day when he was young? The average male today does.

7\ So over time with #5 and #6, Men want to consume more sex, and the female asking price for sex becomes higher.

8\ People are ageing at a slower pace such that a 37 year old male can still game 22 year olds. Previously such men would be wed and be completely out of the dating pond, but today many are not getting married and choose to tussle it out with the youngins. A woman who is 35 is an invalid.
This and declining birth rates ensure hyper competition for females aged 18-25.

1)All men want a young chick, hence you have a lot of guys above 30 seeking for women in the 18-25 range.

So you have a small objetive market of 18-25 for a huge market of men who are 18-40 trying to get those. Plus we men unawaredly tend to discount the chicks that do not pass the boner test, so the universe of girls is even smaller (more so in the Anglosphere where the average chick is a 4).

The result of this: A huge universe of men of different ages and generations trying to fuck a minority group of girls.

2) Men tend to be more autistic than women and have a harder time to go out of the comfort zone, so wether there are a sausagefest or not they will chicken out with the hot girls and end up hanging with another dumb drunk guys to cheer themselves up, in order to end up blaming the girls of being whores and create a paraaleel universe where those girls are already not interested in them (probably out of their league) without even trying...

Women can be attracted to a male because he inspire some respect, he has wealth, he is succesful or simply he is attractive to her, usually is a mix of all the options, and the priorities vary from women to women. We could agree that men emphatize their interest mostly on the physical appearance, so if a woman fits his type (or passes the boner test) she might be in the target, otherwise she isnt, no matter if she won the nobel prize, is incredible smart or has a lot of recognition or respect among her peers integrating the social circle she takes part of.

Lack of understanding.

Like it or not Women understand better men than We do understand women.

Women know their value more often than not and know what advantages they can take for granted (it varies depending on the culture and society we talk about), We men more often than not are clueless about our value and how to take an advantage on them, we usually do the opposite by creating a larger gap in our own minds than it really is, because we are by nature competitive beasts and even when there is no threat we prefer to believe the women is no genuinely interested in us and that there is something behind (It holds true specially for anglo guys).
For example I see a lot of guys working out hard in the gym to attract women, but they are clueless to know that women wont care much about that, if you dont inspire respect by the way you act, or how confident you are, no matter how well defined your abs are... For the same reason women value much better a guy with average body or even carrying a few extra pounds but who dresses well and inspires confidence and respect with his style, than some clueless mofo with shredded physique who dresses like a teenager with tanktops, jogging pants and a baseball cap.

If I had my own place, my neighbors would be wanting to evict me due to the constant flow of people day & night...

Generally, I'm limited to throwing after parties at my friends place (high rises in manhattan) but I once did stay in a hotel in financial district for a weekend....

Lets just say both nights we had an after party, staff had to come due to constant complaints of noise. 2nd night my boy slapped some guy at the door, i thought it was a neighbor...It was a drug dealer who followed our group...

1st night I was under the covers with a married chick going down on her while the after party was occuring. (I was royally plastered)

I thought about me having my own apartment and concluded...
- No roommates (I don't think there are many people who can comfortable sleep through a full blown party...I'd have people over every night)

- Sound Proof, I've seen people complain over the slightest BS (ummm why do you live in manhattan?) even a pool party was shutdown due to compliants stating they were told it would be a 12 person pool party. (instead of 200+ hahaha)

- Cool Neighbors OR barely any on my floor (pulled a chick once...She has 1 neighbor on her floor...every weekend they just have house parties...her roommate heard us having sex so she went and slept next door)


One thing that is for sure, I always screen for crazy/fun people. To put in perspective, we once had an after party that added 6pm NYE 2013. For about 14 hours we were at this place. (People having sex, Djing, and all sorts of shit)
