I've been changing the way I interact with girls (i.e. taking charge, expressing a sexual vibe early on, etc.) and I've come upon somewhat of a problem. I remember reading a post about creating experiences for girls so that they become wrapped up in being around you. I've been able to do this fairly well but its producing clingers.

One girl told me she doesn't see just sex when she thinks about me, but someone she can actually have a deeper connection with. Another girl told me that she doesn't even care if I have sex with other girls as long as she can still be in my life. I know this is not necessarily a problem but its not what I'm looking for at the moment.

When I get tired of a girl, its becoming harder to get rid of them. Any thoughts on how to reduce this? Am I picking clingy girls or is this just something that's part of the game.

On a side note, I've met these girls mostly through my social circles so they get to feel out my personality and my vibe before I make a move. That may contribute to the issue.

To try to help you with them being clingy look up Roosh's "how to ungame a girl". Basically act clingy to them.

It's the social circle thing that's killing you. You mentioned you just changed your behavior -- suddenly you're pushing the attraction buttons in addition to having the previous identity of a supportive good guy/provider. As long as you weren't too much of a dweeb in your prior incarnation, this can be a dangerous combination that will make girls think of you as a long term option. If you are only looking for short-term flings, you need to stop dipping into your social circle.

The previous poster's idea about acting more clingy is a good one that will work, but I find that's too much effort to expend on something that's not all that important anyway. Just be upfront about what you're looking for and let the girls decide whether to stick around, especially if you have to continue to see them through friends.
