Executing GALNUC
Can you guys give me some tips on going through the elements of GALNUC smoothly?

I understand all the elements seperately but I have a hard time doing it smoothy. I tend to rush through it and not connecting the dots through anecdotes, baits and small-talk.

Do you guys have any tips for me? How do you do it? And can you give me examples.
