Easy answer. Give one inch to the penis, which instantly puts you above average, and slap the rest on your height.

Either that or put it all on your dick. A 6 foot guy is nothing special but you can bet that a 5'5 guy with a 10 inch dick is definitely an anomaly. Word will get around - not to mention the massive confidence gains.

Increased penis length would have a great effect for a very small improvement, so I'd put 2 inches there and 3 inches to height.

If I had to dump all of this "level up" into a single attribute, though, it would be height. 5 inch penis is completely ok, but 5'10'' would be a greater improvement than a 10 inch penis. As SHP said, you need to get the chance to show the penis first.
