A Georgia tourist was repeatedly raped by a “predator” who lured her to his tony Greenwich Village brownstone with promises of stunning views of the Empire State Building, police sources told The Post.

The 41-year-old victim was approached by Benjamin Gordon, 42, on the street, and he convinced her to go to a Manhattan bar with him just after midnight Monday, the sources said.

After one drink, Gordon invited her to see the view from the multimillion-dollar apartment he shares with his fiancée on leafy Washington Square North, the sources said.

“He appears to be a predator,” said one police source. “They didn’t have a dinner-and-dance-type night. They had one drink, and it was, like, ‘Do you want to see the sights?’ ”

Once inside the apartment, the woman got spooked and told Gordon she was leaving. But he stopped her and asked, “Have you ever been violated before?” sources said.

Then he allegedly put her in a bear hug while she screamed, “No, no, no!”

“You can have the hard option or the soft option,” Gordon allegedly seethed before raping her three times while wearing condoms.

After each assault, he made her wash herself in an apparent attempt to destroy evidence, the sources said.

He then took a picture of her driver’s license and let her leave, sources said.

The victim immediately reported the attacks, and detectives arrested Gordon that same night.

Gordon, who tutors students at Lehman College, was charged with rape, criminal sexual act and sexual abuse. His lawyer, Eric Franz, denied the allegations.

Gordon told the Post yesterday that the woman was upset because she couldn’t spend the night with him.

He said they went out for Cabernet Sauvignon at Le Souk in Soho and bought marijuana at Washington Square Park before getting intimate on his rooftop.

Then, Gordon said, he told her to leave. “I said, ‘My girlfriend is downstairs. She would kill you if she found out.’ ”

Gordon’s fiancée, Charlotte Schioler, posted $100,000 bail after his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Schioler said they have an “open relationship.”

There are way too many holes in the story.

Unless there's actual physical evidence, other than what the girl says then there should be no case. Its scary the police say he's a "predator" based on the fact that he didn't take her to a dinner.

My good friend dealt with the police in a he-says/she-says type situation. Except it was another guy, and the charge was assault and not rape.

Once someone presents themselves as a victim to the police, that's the end of the story. The police do not care about finding the truth or what actually happened. They have their victim and care only about finding or creating a perpetrator and building the strongest case against him by any means necessary. They will ignore any evidence or information that goes against that story.

The police (especially detectives) view their job as to close cases. That is what they are rewarded for. They consider it the court's job to figure out if their suspect is guilty or not, not theirs.

If you are ever a suspect in a crime, no matter how outrageous and phony the charge, do not speak to the police. Do not give them any information whatsoever or try to clear your name in any way. They can and will use any information against you. There is a reason they have to say "and will". Nothing you say can possibly help you, only hurt you. There are no exceptions. Save it for the judge.

Girl has more than one drink: She wasn't sober and couldn't give consent, therefore he raped her.

Interesting case. Owning a brownstone in Manhattan is real expensive. He has enough game so he openly fucks girls outside of the"fiancee" ( who I doubt he will marry if he wants to hang onto that brownstone) I speculate he may feel like an entitled guy.

If I was an investigator I would be hugely interested if he had ANY arrests for violence in his past. Or if she had any history of instability.

It could be that she is unstable or perhaps has "buyers remorse". If she lied, it would qualify as "filing a false police report" and "lying to the popo".

Since there's no tape, the cop can say you said whatever he wants.

Please Pitt, in the name of all that is holy, never ever ever talk to police when accused or even hinted at being accused of anything, no matter how innocent you are. You are ALWAYS best off consulting a lawyer first, and refusing to talk is not an admission of guilt - no matter how much they want you to believe it is.

They'll even throw that at you while questioning you. "Why do you need a lawyer if you're innocent?" "Why can't you just answer the questions if you didn't do anything?"

A response I've used to the above is, "Well, I feel like you're making some pretty big accusations right now and it makes me feel uncomfortable." But you don't even have to say that. You don't have to say anything at all.

They are mind-fucking you at this point and taking advantage of the fact that most people don't understand their rights, are scared, and naively believe in the system's ability to protect them. Be polite but be insistent on talking to a lawyer or being let go if they're not charging you with anything.

Just because you're innocent does not mean the system won't gobble you up and spit you out. And since most of us don't know the system in and out like pigs do, we have no way of knowing what minor thing they'll use against us later.

Let your lawyer tell your story for you, and if they don't have anything on you they'll let you go after huffing and puffing a little bit - thus it'll never even come to your lawyer to begin with.

And if you sue the cop personally, the police union gives him an attorney.

So was his girlfriend actually there when this all occurred, or did he just say that to get the girl to leave? If his girlfriend was there, and testifies that she heard no screaming or signs of a struggle, you would hope the guy gets off.

If he really is a rapist, I hope he rots in prison for this, but it seems to be 100% he said she said with no actual evidence. It's scary that he could still be convicted based on just that though.

The police offer shouldn't even be making comments about him being a predator, and it's fucked up they put his girlfriends name in the paper. Even more fucked up that people can have their name dragged through the dirt before being convicted with anything.
