Yes- I think this is more a loosening of muscles in that area. Maybe sphincter?

So maybe it's not the sphincter, but the muscles that connect the sack to the body or the general muscles in that area underneath the balls.

They relax when the got girl is seen.

they need to get away from the body to produce sperm that will be viable. being too close to the body is warm, also you will notice that your balls get colder when producing sperm by sweating and wrinkling, thus increasing the surface area available for evaporation

It's weird though because it's like a subconscious mechanism. It reminds me that I'm more uptight than I should be.

It gets me thinking that there might be all this other tension that I'm holding that girls can pick up that I'm not aware of.
