Pretty much this overweight beta started a site where he comments on so called "red pill" sites....

I believe in freedom of speech, and freedom of the press, but this A-hole COPIES verbatim some "red pill" blog posts and then he has the nerve to ask for monetary donations...

He just copied a Heartiste post recently Heartiste
and he recently used a post of mine also...

Is this a legal case? Or am I just being a bitch?

I was going to warn him over Twitter about copying my work without asking...

Nah, they're real. The thing you have to remember about Manboobz is:

1) His commenters are mostly women, hence they're more inclined to use blogs as a coffee klatch then men. Even red pill women-run blogs get way more comments (albeit from a smaller readership) than man-run blogs because all the girls want to do is blab on and on and on...

2) The site attracts feminists who want to experience "the dark side" (those evil, evil misogynists) safely and without being "triggered." Think of Christian conservatives like Ben Shapiro who offer up creepy, overly-detailed dissections of the different varieties of Internet porn in the name of "public morality." It's self-gratification disguised as a moral denunciation.

I guess you could try for defamation or something, but I presume his reach and your brand are probably not large enough to warrant covering legal fees associated with the proceedings...
