100 Euros a month that sounds cheap as fuck. If you're going to rent a room to a college girl you gotta ask yourself what's your end goal, have a cool/respectable roommate, a girl that you want to fuck, or a girl that you can run social circle game on her friends? I live in a college town and hear stuff about roommates hooking up in the same house, but it usually ends in drama when you're living together, the better option IMO would be to try gaming all of her cute friends.

If you bang her or start something with her you will suddenly start living with your girlfriend. I lived with a chick and whenever I brought girls home to fuck she would be jealous even if I didn´t had nothing with her. Also remenber that you will have to put up with the woman shit (clean toilets, dishes, etc, etc) withouth the good part of banging her.
In the end she left. Also if she has a boyfriend, he will stop by the house, if she´s single she will bring boys home.
I remenber me and my brother playing Proevolution in the living room on a sunday night and the girl just busting in with two guys. It was kinda akward.
You will not rent her a room, you will end up dividing your house.

I lived with two college girls my 3rd year into college, and it was a shitty idea. I had all these visions of all of the beautiful possibilities, but it ended up being full of drama and seeing the darker sides of women (when they're not so clean, neat, and pretty).

There was more jealousy than I expected. A little bit of sexual tension as well.

After that experience, I was really happy to move into a place with other guys. It's much nicer trading stories than having to deal with all of the shit I had to deal with that year.

As they say, "don't shit in the kitchen."

I thought it would be a good idea for easy lays. Other people rent out rooms for 300 euro's a month, so 100 euro's will attract more.

I have a better idea, offer it for visiting students, international students, or couchsurfers i.e. someone who is comming on a very short and temporary basis.

another thing you could do is rent it out cheaply to college students (but not soo cheap as to not arouse suspicions) however do NOT hit on her, befriend her and be her buddy and use her to get introduced to all of her acquaintances and to get invited to all these crazy college parties.
