Orthopedic dress shoes
In my infinite wisdom, i hurt myself during jump rope at the gym with shitty footwear. The injury has only been made worse by my insistence on always wearing dress shoes.

My physical therapist made a recommendation to wear sneakers, but i don't like that. Dress shoes are important.

How does one go out and find a place that has orthopedic dress shoes? I normally just go to DSW and slap in a gel insert, but the pain from this is killing me.

Any tips gents?

RE: Orthopedic dress shoes
Could get custom shoes?
I have to wear non-orthopaedic inserts all the time, and, since they fit my feet, not my shoes, they eventually ruin any footwear they go in. I raised this issue, but to buy cheaper shoes, or get tailored ones, was the only alternative at the time
