So we're supposed to believe that it's completely without gender bias, and whoever accuses who first will automatically have it rule in their favor regardless to evidence shooting the claim to shit.

Do these people even listen to themselves talk anymore?

I don't see any factual allegations that women are denied positions as CEO's. The process seems to be gender bias-free.
