Flasher causes boy to fall off bicycle

60 year old guy had his 30 year old woman flash people, including boys. One fell off his bike.

The guy looks ok for 60, the woman has a big smile on her face in the mug shot. I give the guy a 5, I give her a 6.

Weird that they were specifically targeting kids. If it weren't for that I would have been inclined to just shrug and laugh.

Kid fell off his bike. Nice. His buddies will be giving him hell for that.
