RE: Will I go bald?
The data on propecia (finasteride 1 mg) is strong for prevention of hair loss. The data on minoxidil is weaker. The side effects of propecia can include erectile dysfunction, however, this is a small percentage of people. I believe more common is a subtle decrease in ejaculatory volume which you might not notice anyway. There are anecdotal reports (case reports) of more permanent loss of potency. I have taken propecia for ~ a decade and it has worked well without side effects. There is no genetic reason for me to have hair at all. Everyone is bald or almost bald in my family, so propecia is doing something for me. I have friends, however, that say it caused them problems with sex. Hair transplants can look good or bad, depending on the technique of the physician, and how much hair you have left to work with. Many physicians who do the transplants will tell you to take propecia after the transplant to prevent any more from falling out.

Here is the true story... Simple and clear. Thank you Propecia! And I'm sure the girls I'm banging are also grateful.
