Personally, I think this is an amazing Clip.

But I'm wondering if some of you guys find it cringe worthy.

What is your opinion on this Dude at first site and after the audition?

Do you consider him more Beta than Alpha on your own scale?

I expected to hear Brian McKnight or some shit like that. Got completely blindsided by that.

His interaction with the girl was very lovey-dovey/cringeworthy and he's certainly very beta (totally whipped by that girl), but overall I'm impressed. He's got talent and he stands out as well. And yes, the proposal was quite beta (most public proposals are), but this one was at least very well executed.

It wasn't cringe worthy until 4:25 then I had to turn it off as I find it very hard to watch marriage proposals. Pretty funny video, you can tell that black judge thought that it was a bit of a joke for him to have that voice.

And yes total beta but at least he is a happy beta.

by the way why is Heidi Klum a judge on a singing show?

She's kind of approaching the wall now but in her prime she was kind of a big deal. Still sort of is, actually (she's on like half a dozen tv shows).

I had an image of her as a desktop background when I was young, and didn't recognize her. Apart from the obvious digital enhancement I don't find her to have a particularly distinctive look. The same skinny + manjaw look as all the other supermodels (Gisele, Kate Moss, etc.) that needs lots of makeup and lighting and airbrushing to look sexy-feminine.

hmm good point, she's still pretty sexy though. I think it's the way she carries herself more than anything. Naturally graceful, elegant and feminine. She knows why she's on the Earth.

Don't see why you guys are hating- that guy's got great technique. How he sings doesn't make him beta or alpha.

You are mistaken if you think Seal gamed her for that. Furthermore, she seems sweet and supportive and pretty well adjusted. Her comment on stage seemed pretty unscripted - 'don't you think everyone should want to hear him?' I'd like a girl like that. If she's like that in real life, and he wants to marry her after 5 years of dating, sounds good to me. She ain't the prettiest girl I've ever seen but if she's nice and he's happy, why not?

Dude is alpha as fuck, he attractiveness is through the roof. I know marriage is bullshit but he did seem to have a woman who was very loving and supportive of him. It's hard to find women like that so I can't hate on him.

Alphas can still get married guys. The marriage itself isn't beta, it's the reasons for doing so and how he goes about doing it...

Most public marriage proposals are beta. I will give you that. But in this case it was alpha, because he was gaming the judges and audience as much as he was going for a marriage.

I mean, let's say he calls off the wedding in two months from now. The proposal itself means nothing. But having the judges love you and making an amazing first impression? That's salesmanship.
