This thread is good. Speakeasy, you articulately relay your moment-to-moment observations.

I'm pipelining GDL, and I'm not having much success at it. My spanish is low, and while the upper tier is attractive, I'm foreseeing impregnable bitch shields and language barriers. The average to mid range mexican doesn't seem that great. I'm still not giving up hope, but online is definitely going to be a supplement to night game and day game, and not the main course.

Work on your Spanish or you're in for a tough time. I went out for drinks in gdl with a girl I pipelined but there were language difficulties and she seemed conservative. Cool girl though, I still keep in touch.
