I am in a band. I practice several nights a week, play gigs, etc. So when a girl asks what Im doing on a given night, odds are its practice or a show.

Just saying this gets chicks really excited. I almost never get them to come to the shows, they dont even seem interested in it, since I play rock music and most chicks just want rihanna or whatever.

Despite not caring about seeing me or liking the genre of music I play, simply saying Im n a band is always a huge plus. They rarely even ask to hear a song, see my websote, or anything like that. More frequent questions are "what kind of music do you lpay?" "What instrumebt do yu play?" And "who writes the music?"

Guys, just say youre in a band. Its golden.

Learn three chords, rinse, repeat. Honestly though, you'll need something to back it up, eventually she is going to be more curious. Otherwise, I'm just going to start saying I'm rich. If you have a certain style they will assume you are in one, which I've seen it work both ways. If you aren't, you can play contradictory game and it gives them the wets as well. Plus, when you're younger literally everyone is a DJ, musician, and producer, lizards get pretty wise to this and want proof. A lot of girls assume I'm in a band based on my style, and seem more interested after I tell them "I'm studying to produce music, that's where the money is".

I am always surprised about how chicks never even ask to hear my music. Some chicks i kept in rotation for months never heard a song i recorded. One chick I saw regularly for about 2 months one day looked at my guitar and was like "I've never even heard your music, I bet you don't even play." I was like "You caught me" then we boned.

I love this. It's so true that you can shamelessly lie to a girl during attraction and then later, once you've established yourself in her eyes and have repeatedly defiled her she can discover the truth and it won't matter.

I've done something similar to what your suggesting. It's not really game related, but one of my mates looks almost exactly like a footballer who played for Man United called Federico Macheda, well enough like him for us to be able to pull this off:

One of our other mates posed as his agent, and me and the rest of the group his entourage. Anyway, we got into a VIP section of a pretty classy nightclub in Manchester. It was amazing, I think some people knew it wasn't really Macheda, but were too embarrassed to point it out if you know what I mean. The idea to do it came when two separate people asked for his autograph, probably drunk, but it was absolutely hilarious for us lot when he decided to string them along. The fact we were all dressed well certainly helped with credibility. If I remember correctly, the 'footballer' and the 'agent' had been at a works do, and that's why they were in suits.

I always tell that story to girls, because it was really fun and that energy from recalling it rubs off during the interaction.

I live in Nyc, mid twenties.

The chicks i hit up are almost never hipsters, and like I said, usually just like rihanna and that type of music. I tend to get lots of black and latina girls interested in it this way, its something novel to them

Don't say you're in a band -- be in a band. Or at least write music.

I picked up guitar and bass in high school not only because of love of music, but also to channel blue pill sexual frustration.

By college everything had come full circle and music was no longer a "vent" but a notch delivery system.

The only irony is that while it'll get you plenty of notches in your town, touring in general can turn into dry spells, since logistics are often shite.

If you are in a band just stay after the show and talk to some women. That works especially because you will have random people congratulating and talking to you. It's a great DHV.

I don't think it's necessarily being in a band that chicks dig, it's just anything that carries with it status. The comments of guys in this thread is testament to this - they don't ask to hear your music, they just want to feel like they are fucking someone important even if in the grand scheme of things your status is purely 'small town' in nature. Case in point if you walk into a bar and all the regulars cheer, or you walk into the gym and the big guys engage you in conversation, then you've automatically got something to build on.

I dont really understand how guys can fuck with hipster girls, ive never had a.conversation with one that i enjoyed. To me a feminine sweet girl is really important. I cant fucking stand sarcastic entitled smokers with butch haircuts

Yea maybe if your like 18-25, and a woman in this same age group in a school environment would actually give a crap.

Portraying something I'm actually not talented or gifted in would make me a poser.....if I have to pose a different lifestyle or talent just to get laid, then I got issues with myself.

Its one thing to fib and lie about your motives to get laid, but to pose and put on a whole act to get the panties is pretty lame IMO.

I have done this for several years. Long blond hair and a death metal voice makes it convincing but girls are not that impressed in my experience. Even though I look like an uglier version of James Hetfield and some girls seem to be into it, it strikes me that girls think it's a little tryhard to say that you're in a band. I get better vibes when I mention nothing about it, try karaoke, do well, then drop that lie in passing.

If it works for you man, great job. I have not had much success with it.

Being a musician really does make a huge difference.

I'm convinced that the vast majority of the pussy I get comes largely from being in a very renowned regional metal band (we're slowly starting our national touring career as well).

I actually think the attention it garners me is harming my ability to develop game by means of masking my weaknesses, and I've lately been trying to seek out avenues of meeting women where the subject of my occupation doesn't come up.

Being in a band works on a couple levels. Of course if you're playing a gig then any girl in that venue is going to open pretty much automatically, and often you can leverage logistical advantages like being able to go back to the greenroom. It doesn't replace the need for good game, though, just gets your foot in the door and gives you escalation opportunities. I've played shows with people who aren't good with women and they don't suddenly start getting pussy just by being in the band.

The other way I've found it can be effective is with helping me close. I leave instruments sitting out in my place which very often leads to the chick asking me to "play something for me" or "teach me a song," which gives an excuse to get close, touch each other playfully, etc.

One thing I'm not sold on is dropping that you're in a band to create attraction. It might be possible to do it effectively, but I think it's just as likely to come across as try-hard.

I think it depends on the girl. I used to play in college and some girls just assumed that I was some druggie or pothead (which I'm not) and weren't interested. Others thought it was really cool. It can be a good conversation starter, and if that leads the both of you to find out that you like some common music, then you can escalate from there, just don't fall in the friend zone. To be honest though, if you have some kind of hobby that's unique or different, it'll probably have the same effect as saying you're in a band. I know a guy who's really into rock climbing. He definitely gets more poon than most people I know. Just find something cool that you like doing and she'll probably dig you. If not, then she's probably interested in money and not your interests, in which case you can find some other decent chick to bang.
