I saw recently that many of us suggested starting a entrepreneurial fórum but..why start a new one when there is actually running an axcelent one?

Reading this book now. The guy is super fucking long winded, but definitely a good read.

Any other forums you guys can recommend? I hear good things about the DC Inner Circle from a friend, but not a forum that everyone can join.

DC seems way overpriced, in my opinion. Compared with what you get free from fastlaneforum, or payed getting on the inside part of fastlaneforum(which is way cheaper than DC), then I can't see how DC should deliver the way higher value, to live up to the price difference.

The problem I have with many entrepreneurial forums is that it is filled with a lot of garbage and marketers trying to sell their self help books and overall it being a giant circle jerk. If you want to truly learn for entrepreneurship you're going to have to dive in and not spend too much time reading.

The things I've learned the past few months about the sector I'm currently dabbling in, has far exceeded the time and effort put into trying to find gold by reading entrepreneurial forums over the past few years.

Like anything there needs to be a balance. Too much reading and too little action is something that is very common to newbie players too. Though I would suggest to any aspiring entrepreneurs to NEVER stop learning because you're going to save yourself a hell of a lot of time learning from the mistakes of others.

IMO, nothing comes close to the DC (Dynamite Circle). Yeah it's not free and it ain't cheap for the average and it's not for the newbie per say as everyone inside of it is very accomplished yet very friendly and helpful. The single biggest benefit of the DC forum IMO is the killer networking, making friends and meeting in person with some of the smartest, most successful and coolest entrepreneurs in the world. For what you get from it, it's not expensive at all. Cost is 97 bucks for 3 months, so about 33$/month. (If anything, I'd say it's underpriced! Please don't let Dan read this... ). Very very well worth it IMO.

I'm not sure if it's opened now but if it is, I'd get in if I were you, provided you're not a total newbie as you'd be lost there. The talent there, the calibre of people and high level and high quality info inside of it is simply beyond comparison to anything else out there both in quantity and quality. I'd go as far as saying that if you're a serious entrepreneur and want to be surrounded and connect with the best and brightest, you simply cannot afford not being on the DC!

I agree with you that the DC is not for everyone. It's more for the established entrepreneur and newbies can and will feel overwhelmed. For the newbies, the fastlaneforum or the wealthyaffiliate forum might be better suited.

Btw, have you been a member of the DC? Have you seen the level of content there and the top quality people there?

If your focus is building an online business these are the 2 best from my experience.

Stackthatmoney & IMGrind

IMGrind has moved to be more focused on Mobile opportunities which for me makes it better.

Neither are free - but that ensures the content is top quality.

Both have alot of excellent case studies which I believe is where the real value is you wont find elsewhere.

You should try to create a product or service and make some money and learn from your experiences. No forum is going to teach you better than your own mistakes, failures, and small victories.

Try to convince a local business near you to get you to make them a mobile website or a wordpress site this week.

Pick 20 local businesses and try to close 2 deals by next weekend. Literally walk into stores and try to hustle sales.

This is a totally unscaleable model but the adrenaline rush of doing it is going to be a great experience. You will learn a lot about sales.

Hustling like this and getting shut down 8 times and then making 1000 USD from the rest of your sales will teach you infinitely more than months spent on any forum.

You should go to forums to report on the results you have and question why you failed at your attempts.

You seem to start a lot of threads asking for people's advice but I don't think I've ever seen you update a thread with:

"Okay I tried this and I failed but this is what I learned"


I'm not trying to badger you. I used to do this a lot too. Then I figured out that strangers on a forum don't know your situation. Even people who have good intentions might be giving you the wrong advice. You have absolutely no idea.

So just pick SOMETHING and go for it. You'll learn more from your experience than anything any of us will ever tell you.

Yep, Stackthatmoney is solid. There are lots of n00bs on there who feel entitled to shit just because they're paying $99/month, but when you sift through all of the people complaining about Fb banning their accounts, there's some very solid information on there. The most useful thing I've gotten from STM is the networking opportunities. Going to an STM meeting at ASE or ASW is one of the smartest things you can possibly do...

I would agree but its a start. MJ is the real deal and has the best intentions for his members. I have bought up to the Insiders section, and when I have questions I go there. I think the membership fee cuts out 90% of this.

I joined Dynamic Circle but have no time to check it out yet.

I dont know, $30? its cheap. I like them more because I have seen off the board that there are real people there who are in real life what they purport to be in the message board, and some way more successful/rich, etc than they appear in the board. So it validates the Fastlane board for me. I am fairly new to participating in message boards as it is, so I have always been skeptical.

Just joined StackThatMoney. Three day refund policy so going to check it out and see if it is worth it for me. I think it is probably definitely worth it, but I'm not sure buying traffic and conversion testing is what I want to be doing. I will see.
