The quote above is especially pertinent... Does anyone feel the tension described here? i.e. wanting to defend / cultivate / benefit your own race and people (a perfectly natural sort of thing), but knowing that foreign girls seem to be a much better deal?

Honestly, this "white man" bullshit is stupid.

What matters is CULTURE. There's plenty examples of prosperous multi-racial, culturally homogenous countries. There are very few ones that are culturally diverse that last.

The thing we need to be defending is the judeo-Christian ethical system and accompanying culture norms/values that go along with that.

Solid point. I'm torn at times to go to Poland and find a white girl to marry, but I also know that some Asian girls make fantastic wives. Western European women, and North American women are a sad joke, with a few exceptions in fly over country.

No. Post-Renaissance "Christianity" bears very little resemblence to the old-world Catholicism that built post-Roman European civilization to begin with.

The single biggest difference is the rejection of the concept of absolute moral truth that was preached by Catholicism. Martin Luther introduced the idea that there is no universal moral truth by introducing the "Conscience first" concept: that whatever you feel is wrong, is what's wrong. Only YOU define right and wrong based on your feelings and the church doesn't get to do that.

The connection between that idea and modern liberal thought should be fairly obvious. Most progressive schools of thought trace back to Martin Luther, Calvin, and other "reformers", whereas most conservative thought tends to trace back to Medieval Catholic scholars.

My Orthodox Priest holds Catholicism in a MUCH higher regard than Protestantism, despite my objections that American Protestants are far more salt of the earth types than European Catholic countries.

He really does not like the doctrine of Luther, thinks it is all deceptions and lies

Universality is what led to this mess. A universal god for everyone is the problem. Unless you think Judeo-Christ only loves white people, in which case good luck, as Africa has the most Christians in the world right now.
