Some fun stuff to think about:

1) PROVING: 1 = 0.999999...

FIRSTLY: 1 = 3/3

1/3 = 0.3333333333333...

2/3 = 0.6666666666666...

3/3 = 0.9999999999999...

THEREFORE: 1 = 0.99999999999999...

2) Just came across this one...

Thanks to Kakutani's fixed point theorem, the following is true:

3) Get 23 people in a room. There is now an over 50% chance that at least two people in that room share the same birthday.
