I almost pulled last night.

Maybe even should have pulled. Although I do have the reference experiences of having pulled one night stands before, I haven't had enough just yet that I am able to succeed more in these situations.

Her and her friend were walking down the mildly busy street, at 1:30 am.

I stop them with the very best opener I have found recently to stop moving sets.

I start talking and introduce myself to the blonde and slightly more attractive one. My buddy talks to the other. My girl knows entirely what is up, and is all giggly and a bit shy. She is saying otherwise suggesting that she should leave with her friend (who wants to go, but my buddy did a great job keeping her there) but her actions suggested she was comfortable with me.

I tell her we are leaving too as I grab her hand and lead her up the street in the opposite direction. She walks with me and we fluff talk. Her friend stops us and says to her 'Do you want to go with him? I am staying here and meeting up with xyz'

She is unsure and definitely in doubt over her attraction for me or choosing the safer option and staying with her friends.

'I barely know you' she tells me. I ask what do you want to know, ask me anything. She is still all giggly and keeps looking down while with me. I tell her I will just drive her home because she is on the way and that is it. She doesn't buy it, so I try saying we are stopping quickly for food, we'll talk a bit, then I will drop you off.

'All you want is to get laid' she tells me.

I was in the moment and doing great before this, but this took me out of it. I thought about it for a second and made a joke of it, as I looked at the time, 1:52, I tell her 'Yes, but only before 1:51 am.'

I figure it doesn't matter what you say, but rather how you say it. All this was said uncaringly with a smirk, and she was still receptive.

I tried grabbing her and leaving with her one more time, but she was still hesitant. Her friend came in and decided that either she leaves with me or goes into a bar to meet up with her other friends, right now. She went towards her friend so I just settled for her number and teased her a bit one last time.

I believe these situations will make me stronger, and more efficient. My friends pull all the time with a very direct, bold, and laid back game at the end of the night in the busy streets after the bars and clubs die down. I have only done it from the street once, and my other times have been in the clubs.

I asked my two buddies, one of them told me I should have put some distance in between us when she started to think it was all about me getting laid. The second told me to just bring her hand to my dick next time.

I'm in the same boat as you right now. I've had some success recently, but not as good of quality as I'm used too, and I think it's because something is off.

I do have a fwb now, and I know improving myself should come first, but I like variety so much.

I think it's both. The environment is affecting my game because I can't get any patterns or groves going. You test methods and if succeed you repeat but here shitty game will sometimes work, as well bad. Sometimes it's really just luck, I dont like the casino nature of it as I am used to controlling the outcomes. I'm finding doing a daily opener with women is leading me to prefer direct. But it should be said what I am being direct about is wanting an LTR; so I am just naturally more beta.

When it comes to talking to women, I don't go direct. Some part of me strongly believes that women should already understand that when I talk to them, I am a man and I will do what men do.
