Is that even possible for you?
Also do you have any tips on being as energetic as you? How much sleep do you get, and your usual nutrition etc.
I wrote a little about what I do when I need to recharge here. Oddly enough, Little Dark started that thread. I guess his social energy was drained after fighting off 50 WK's.
It's not possible I guess, I feel like if I don't take advantage of an evening - I've wasted some of my life.
Don't get me wrong, I've called in sick, had days and woke up and said fuck it, but even when that happened I was working from home for a bit or getting shit done around the house.
Matter of fact even after I totaled my car and was put into a hazy state - I managed to check emails remotely for a bit.
Staying high energy and a positive attitude helps.
The last 11 days was a struggle because I was sick as fuck. I'm finally better but with a nagging cough which is annoying.
I sleep around 11pm or 12am and wake up around 6:45am-7am.
As far as nutrition well that's extremely important (since I'm trying to bulk).
A long time ago a vegetarian friend turned vegan opened my eyes to the poisons I was putting into my body. I'm not vegan, but I've adapted things from them and other nutrition lifestyles.
I don't eat fast food (if I do it's OG mexican style burritos or in and out lettuce wrapped burger with no spread). I of course have a cheat day or so.
I don't drink coffee or soda. I drink about a little under a gallon a day of water mixed with tea bags. Of course I have booze - I do stay away from beer unless I'm at a brewery (sorry Travesty).
I'll also admit I'm fond of doing good blow for special occasions when friends are around or a large music festival.
I meal prep on the weekends for my food all week.
I eat 4 meals before working out:
5 eggs with spinach 8:30am
Chicken Breast & Broccoli 10am
Chicken Breast & Broccoli 12 pm
Chicken Breast & Broccoli + Some sort of carbs for working out 3pm
Protein shake + ceating pre workout out 5pm
I drink preworkout and BCAA's during my workout
Post protein shake 7:30pm
Chipotle for dinner (rice, meat, salsa) aka "3-pointer" and cheaper 8:30pm
Protein shake before bed
I used to drink ACV in the morning but I stopped for now (I've been having on off and digestive issues, 1st issue was from anti-biotics, 2nd was from being sick this last week)
Now I do admit sometimes I'll catch myself nodding off at work, which I get up and walk around or chug some water.
On top of that I work a regular 9-5 job and work 11 or 9 hour weekends.
Having energy is definitely mental with nutrition a close second.
Having sex and gaming girls helps feed that energy. I love fucking women and I love the chase and hunt.
I always wake up thankful - it's in my subconscious now.
I'm alive - breathing - a roof over my head.
