This is a misconception, the problem is that steroids are like any other drug. People will abuse them and not come off them because the "high" is so good.
I am not a juicehead, I have dabbled in them lightly and got pretty decent results but I am nowhere near a beast like this guy.
When you run a cycle, you must give your body a break once the cycle is done. I know guys who have been on the stuff for years without any breaks and yes they need help in the sex department.
