He is just gaining weight so he can in a few months go and loose it all and get endorsed for some type of diet/exercise program. Nothing is real with the Kardashian clan everything is a setup for marketing/business in some way.

People are stupid(specifically women) and they'll watch anything. Especially REALITY TV.
