I've been in this situation before I had one female over my house whilst living at my mums and she let my gf in.
I don't know if she done it on purpose to teach me a lesson but when they tried to question me I simply said shut the fuck up and get out my house, turned on the xbox and waited till they left.
If I was the guy in this video though I would have hit them back then acted as if I did nothing wrong at all.

From what I saw the guy was taking slaps, scratches and a whole lotta big mouth verbal bashing.

He wasn't in any danger but he shouldn't have just let them bitch slap him. Now make it two dudes of similar size to him and he is probably going to need a hospital trip.

He was brought up not to hit women, how many guys would smack them upside the face?

I've seen it twice, not one single "punch" was thrown. The guy would be laughing it off later, and the belt? I'd rather have a woman use the belt on me than a man, that thing makes a sting.
