What's up with the City of Chicago and disparate impact?

They also got bludgeoned by the Supreme Court for factoring exam scores into hiring decisions because blacks scored lower than whites.

Apparently a post-gender, post-racial America is one where interest groups are more overt about instilling an identity politics spoils system.

The embracing of liberal creationism and egalitarian blank slatism certainly isn't helping to mitigate America's decline.

For instance, the best genomics research is now done in Beijing. The next paradigm shift will be driven by China, not America.

If a 185lb male is unconscious in a burning building, would this woman be able to carry him to safety? Of course not. That is why strength is extremely important for firefighters.

Fat, out of shape fucks should not be firefighters either. They don't have the necessary physical traits for the job.

Women, and society unfortunately, are going to learn the hard way that strength is a very necessary attribute in many professions. Women really CAN'T do everything that a man can do.

I went to a course a couple months ago my command made me go to. I'm in the infantry, so I never see or train with female marines.

Whenever we had to do mock patrols, guess who had to carry some of the female marine's gear/fighting load?

What happens when someone dies because a female firefighter can't carry someone out. Does that then mean the fire department can get sued for inadequate staffing/recruiting.

It is a no win.

I know some people who close business or just work for themselves to avoid all of the nonsense.
