I can Google my own "tech tips" more quickly and with greater thoroughness than having it belabored to me by some bimbo who thinks portable apps are of a sudden a novel concept when described by a pretty face.

Too bad there's so many tech dorks out there desperate for a vaguely attractive girl who shares their interests that these kinds of attention whores get worshipped.

Kabal may be coming across a little over-angry, but he's got a point. Just look at the comments. In a screenshot of the first nine, four of them are nauseatingly thirsty supplications.

The attention-whoring angle in tech and other videos is infuriating--so transparently manipulating of lesser men.

Once we got Web 2.0, which brought us social media and video, the game changed in favor of women on the Web.

What you see in this video is one example of what happens everywhere. A woman who would have been rated a 6 on your college dorm hall puts herself online and every dweeb from around the globe chimes in with public worship.

In all seriousness, I don't see how our species is going to survive like this. It was bad enough years ago when a subset of females would be worshiped in clubs and the like, but those were the 9-10s. There will be problems ahead for everyone in a world where you have random females getting daily ego boosts in a world that would have ignored them 10 years ago.

It's a visual world now, and it's not going to be a pleasant one for men unless something changes.
