I'm adding 4 new distributors to a couple different businesses.

All dropship, but 2 distributors do not provide/automatically send tracking numbers.

Should take me ~2 months to dominate for both brands and their respective categories. This should roughly equate to 50+ orders per week, per brand.

Just curious how important these are to everyone. These brands will constitute ~7% of gross sales.

I'm always connected to the Internet via iPhone. I buy lots of stuff from amazon and eBay. I like to know the status of anything I order.

Some sellers are based out of Hong Kong and their estimated delivery dates are like 2 weeks or more. I buy from them cause its so much cheaper but it drives me crazy when they don't send a tracking number.

Depends on the value of the item. But if I buy something and they use a trackable shipping method and don't send me the tracking code then it's a black mark.

Lots of HK tracking numbers don't work properly or get updated after long delays. But just having something to check is reassuring even if it's completely useless.

I think it's important I have tracking numbers. I deal with only UPS and although they are not cheap I love te fact that they will automatically email me a tracking number. I know where it is and if it has arrives. Problems will arise due to human error so it's important for me to know where the package is without having to wait on the line for a rep.

Tracking number=less stress+customer happiness
