I love the whole post but this paragraph is one of the deepest things I've read on RVF. I'm going to try to paraphrase:

Being present in the moment is the ultimate frame control.

I fucked this up today and this post came back to me. I was present in the moment creating conversation but didn't break through to the next level where I was speaking what was on my mind, create some tension in the conversation, and invite her to follow my lead. It was a nice conversation but didn't lead where I wanted it to and that was due to my lack of will to act.
