Man Tears ... rare but powerful
I'm a pretty solid guy who has pretty much removed emotions like sadness, one-itis, fake sympathy etc ... any softness in general from my emotional spectrum.

Pictures like these however, have the power to break down that barrier and give me that mushy feeling I haven't felt in along time.

The last time I can even recall that I cried, copious amount of alcohol, violence, and the near collapse of a dream job I'd been building for years was involved... (I'm a musician, it happens)
I wasn't exactly crying I guess, more so just choking up and getting super emotional. Can I keep my alpha card?

Cinderella Man ruined me.

Nothing has ever made me cry more then the episode of Beast Wars when Dinobot died saving mankind in the process.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SepcT0KtUM

What this video doesn't feature is the very ending of the episode where the caveman kills a snake with the club, like he saw Dinobot defending against Megatron, thus making an evolutionary leap in intelligence. It caused the second wave of tears in me.

Despite this being just a cartoon for kids it is one of the best deaths in the history of cinema ever.

Man, I couldn't hand the flag to a kid. Jesus, that is the saddest thing ever.

I'm not sure what happened but I noticed after being in the military a couple of years I suddenly became more emotional in times of sadness. Maybe it was maturity, maybe it was leaving home, or maybe it was just the military training.... I'm not sure but I can be a bit of a pussy when it comes to sad movies now.

King, they got the idea from this.
