This topic has been beaten to death in several threads. Out of curiosity, I compiled the data from 130 responses and noticed several trends. Please note sample bias and this is for individual cities, not countries.

The following comprised 65% of the votes, not surprisingly, they are all tier 1 cities:

• New York
• Los Angeles
• Montreal
• Las Vegas
• Moscow
• Rio de Janeiro
• Buenos Aires
• London
• Stockholm
• Barcelona
• Paris
• Bangkok
• Tokyo
• Miami
• Beirut
  

The following comprised 20% of the votes.

• Kiev
• Bucharest
• Budapest
• Belgrade
• Edinburgh
• Honolulu
• Sydney
  

The remaining 15% was scattered across the board with no clear consensus, I'm assuming it's due to personal preferences. I was also surprised that no Chinese cities carried weight.

Of the above cities, which ones would you recommend to members to check out once in their lives?

In my limited experience, I'd say London, New York and Montreal.

It is hard to recommend a city without knowing the person, some people claim they visit a city not just for the women.
