Here's an interesting 5 min. video report (published a few days ago) about two Arab dudes with weak facial hair who traveled from Dubai to Istanbul to undergo beard transplant procedures so they could expect more romantic and professional success back home in Dubai where beard is apparently considered must-have for men.

One of the two dudes could pass for an Italian (perhaps from Naples or Sicily) as he has slight body frame and seems very Euro fashionable. Both look like they could be gash hounds in say Ukraine.
