I'm not about to do the challenge myself, but several guys of varying sizes/appetites have tried and only one has succeed here. It's harder than it looks for sure. This guy prepped by eating a lot 2-3 days prior, then fasting the day before and drinking lots of water to keep his stomach expanded leading up to the start.

The main problem seems the be the sheer amount of SUGAR and SALT.

The guy who did it this time said his tongue and mouth still felt burnt - from the salt content - and that was three days ago.

He also mentioned a pretty dramatic sugar crash near the end of the challenge.

I'm not saying a lot of you couldn't do it, I'm just saying it's a challenge for a reason.

Not only is it 7000+ calories (probably the average strongman daily allowance), the food you're eating is absolute shit and full of sugar, salt, and processed crap that you are shoving in your mouth nonstop for eight hours.
