Why is callibration of girls difficult?An interesting scientific article
It seems men are better in judging other men's thoughts and emotions while women's facial expressions cause confusion.

I think the miscalibration may come in part from societal discouragement of guys and people in general to look in people's eyes for a long time (creepy).

Throw in the fact that some guys get nervous and you have guys who don't look at girls in the eyes enough to recognize patterns associated with them.

For example, I have zero experience with truly crazy girls. Ergo, I cannot pick out there eyes while some guys can.
