So, with time limited so much at bus stops and other daygame spots (ex shes shopping for food and has a friend waiting for her.)

Heres my script, correct or add if you have suggestions:

Ok, I'm thinking of taking a course at xxx university. Whats its reputation?

Cool, I like meeting new people. My name is xxx, whats yours?

Nice to meet you. I'd like to practice your language, I'm improving my fluency. Whats your facebook info?

Ramble a bit about your impressions so far of the country, and how it differs from yours. Get her to ask you questions. It's a tad question heavy, but a strong starting point.
