How would this style go over in those bars?

What does it matter? It is all the same SHIT. The DC Metro area is not cool nor is it a fun place. Local people "from DC" think they are so much cooler than "bros" in Arlington or suburbanites from Silver Spring or Falls Church. That's like being king shit of turd mountain. Personally, I can't tell the fucking difference between some asshole from Petworth or some piece of shit from Northern Virginia. Maybe the Petworth guy is wearing ironic glasses and flannel. And it is the same girls in Laurel, Reston, Dupont, U Street, H Street, gaithersburg etc...Nothing changes until you get at least 30 miles away from the beltway.

The closest DC ever got to being cool was late 80's early 90's when Jamaicans were running drugs up the 95, the Mayor was smoking rocks and banging hookers, and WHFS was still a station.

This look is perfect for Applebees Happy Hour in Cedar Rapids Iowa after you finish your shift at Ross Dress for Less.

Bethesda people?

Georgetown locals?

Depends on what you consider top dogs. Potomac is very wealthy, but mostly families. Bethesda is very Jewish. A lot of the Jews have money but zero game. Not many Jewish players. A lot of Georgetown guys are douchey but kill it w/in their douchey circle. DC doesnt really have many top dogs outside of the athletes. There are top dogs w/in their community but most people outside their community wouldnt have any idea who they were. maybe the lower status congressional workers know who the big shots on the Hill are but most people dont give a fuck. maybe the big shot lawyer is famous w/in the lawyer circles but no one else cares. and in DC there are so many different little subsets, and most people have some type of office job where they make decent coin that everyone has some disposable income to blow.

RE: Coping with U-Street Bars
Went to Brixton's last night after seeing a Living Color concert at the 9:30 club next door.

First floor of Brixton's was somewhat empty by the bar and had A LOT of dates/couples at the tables. Second Floor had some potential and the fact that a lot of the guys seemed to be glued to the Nats game made gaming a bit easier and the 3rd floor (the rooftop) was where I spent most of my time. Perhaps due to the rain the place was only about 75% full. Lot's of 3-4 sets of guys trying awfully hard to approach groups of girls who seemed to have their stupid "girls nights out" and were giving short-to the point answers. I tried cocky/funny game most of the night and even resorted to beta tactic of throwing complements to the few 8+ girls in the place but had little luck. Spent almost an hour at the place before I was able to fully isolate a 2 set of girls by rudely cutting myself in front of some tall frat boy who was making small talk...made maybe 15 approaches over the course of the night and so did my wingman. Didn't get any further than a quick grind and a few half-assed number closes.
The crowd seemed very young as well at the place, I felt like my age (34) limited me in a couple conversations as the barely 21 girls even asked me for my age...as usual I subtracted a few years but I still feel it was a bit of a hurdle to get past through.

IMHO, the place has potential but the amount of guys I saw circling the few single-looking girls in the place was ridiculous. I say Brixton's is great for the rooftop view and HH where the girls are more numerous and relaxed however after 11pm it is "no man's land". Honestly there are easier venues out in the city such as 18th street lounge, Madam's Organ, 4 Seasons Hotel (for us older cats), just to name a few.
Btw guys, I saw some unbelievably hot women exiting the "restaurant/wine bar" next door called Dicksons. Anyone have 411 on that place, is there a bar there big enough to operate or is it predominantly a dining establishment? Thanks.

Dicksons doesn't have a bar. It's all table seating.

Yeah, that is a bad night scene if being 34 is a disadvantage.

I think you DC cats should try restaurant and wine bar Game. That along with Hotel Lobby bar Game.

I have a feeling that that would work best in DC. It is just that kind of city.

The times I have rolled in DC, it has shown me positive signs of that being the move as well.

If I was in DC, I would completely skip the pubs and clubs routine.

And, any other schools I could find.

These girls will be less bitter, less entitled, less feministic, less cunty, and cuter, younger, more open, etc.

College girls are more naive and less entitled.

I have been to Cafe Milano years ago. That place has been open for ages. I said what up to Mike Tyson there.

That place was actually pretty cool back then.

I have day Gamed at AU, Catholic, and G-town.

Never really GW. AU and G-town are solid. Some really fly girls. Or at least there were years ago.

I have told cats on here for years to hit up the AU quad and G-town cafeteria.

I have never heard any reports back.

We desperately need a D.C. restaurant data sheet on here. Places like The Prime Rib and Charlie Palmer Steak need to be reviewed. I'm not presently in a position to post such a sheet, but I may be able to in about two months or so.

Georgetown (the school) doesn't have the hottest chicks--at least not from my experience--some look good but overall they aren't as hot as everyone thinks. Wisconsin Ave/M street could be solid but I'd skip the school, just me though. I'm pretty sure Georgetown is also only in school for about two more weeks, so if anyone is still curious about the prospects there I'd say check it out ASAP plus April/May are probably the best months to be in DC anyway.

RE: Coping with U-Street Bars
Just to add to kenny_powers comment above and to highlight the "king of turd mountain" attitude in DC, my buddy and I were at Mellow Mushroom on the rooftop on Saturday night, it was early, about 9pm, and some douche bag that didn't work there decided to steal our umbrella heater and proceeded to piss off another table by doing so... One of the 3 guys from the other table (they had 2 real cute chicks with them) yelled at this douche as he made off with the heater and proceeded to place it an EMPTY table for him and his yet to arrive party. The guy called him rude and was like, "dude, you dont' even work here. What are you doing?"

Douchebag took offensive at this and wanted to fight the guy for protesting him stealing the heater. It was stupidest thing I've ever seen.

After everything cooled off, my buddy leaned across the table and said, "you know why that guy is such a douche, he's at a table with ugly chicks. That's probably all he can pull." LOL

Oh and one of the cute chicks from the table near us came over to us later and said that her and her boyfriend (dude who protested) had been in DC for 6 months and can't stand the attitude of people here. Said she was ready to move back to Texas where they're from...

stay away from the steakhouse circuit if you are looking for girls..except for maybe J&G at the W, you are better off at places like Oya or DC Coast

This advice only works if you're college or grad school age. Trust me, I've been to the most popular GWU hangout in DC, McFadden's numerous nights including during my college years and was never able to pull. Ditto also for Third Edition although at least that place attracts decent amount of older grad school students and some Georgetown med students so I've been able to do better there. Can't talk for Howard U as I'm not into black chicks.
DC College scene is overrated, just ask Roosh if you don't believe me.

I'm not talking about going to the college "hangouts" at night.

I'm talking about going to the actual university campus at about 1230pm.

Day Gaming On Campus.

Bar at night = 10-20 targets.

University during the day = 5,000-10,000 targets.
