Goths, emos, and metalheads to be classed as victim groups over in jolly old England.

I've never seen emo or Goth in a country where people have to work to survive. Gee, I wonder why. Maybe this kind of thing happens when someone is spoiled rotten and only has to worry about their precious self esteem.

So, what happens if a Goth, emo, or metalhead starts a fight and a regular guy finishes it?

In the 21st century the normal law abiding taxpaying hardworking productive citizen is the bad guy because he makes the losers feel bad that they are less than he is.

What's next, one of these losers sees a happy person with a job and sues because it hurts their feelings?

hmmm.... I know you live in the US, but in some places in the UK we have a Chav infestation. these are people who are just rough as fuck shit heads. My buddy was a goth and he has been attacked numerous times for dressing the way he does (and I agree its a stupid fashion).

Dunno if i'd call it a hate crime, but i understand where it's coming from.

Assault etc. is a crime regardless of who gets assaulted. Treat every victim the same.

but I am pretty sure they;re just monitoring the number of attacks; they're not giving additional punishment.
