Best term for a Whore House?

Best term for a Whore House?
My day job involves me calling on local businesses trying to sell them industrial maintenance services. Imagine my surprise when my latest cold call turned out to be a massage parlor, i.e., "stroke parlor".
And, no, I didn't get any free offers.Banana
But I'm wondering how to list this place so that the next sales drone knows what they're getting into. Just listing it as a "whore house" on the call sheet could cause me all kinds of problems.
Can anyone suggest a PC term to use? Non-English languages are OK, unless the term is considered obscene (we do employ non-English speakers).

brothel... cat house... house of ill repute/ill fame... bordello... sporting house... can't think of any others off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are some other euphemisms in common usage.

all those are pretty interchangeable with whore house
