Utrecht is good.
I'd say it's halfway between Amsterdam and the cities I mentioned when it comes to the women and competition (as in how many other foreign men visit the city).
There are lot's of students and 21-30 yr olds in Utrecht.
It's also more alive than most of the cities I mentioned (Groningen might be equal).

How long do you plan to stay?

Not sure yet, I thought about 1-2 week at the beginning of september visiting other cities (I've been once to Amsterdam when I was 17) and then meet a friend at the end of october for 3-5 days in Amsterdam.

For what I know, I love dutch mentality: being very direct and the history of this country as pragmatic people (as a generalization).

About Eindhoven, except the airport and the PSV stadium I haven't been there. But I'll take your word for it.

I'll chime in for a moment to give you something to think about:

Another important parameter to think about when choosing cities is the male/female ratio in the relevant age interval.
The effects of a skewed distribution towards males not only leads to less targets to choose from, but also for girls being taken more as well as general bitchy attitude since there are so many options around for them (more than average).

Therefore, note that the university in Eindhoven is a technical university, leading to a significant increase of males. Eindhoven is quite a big city for The Netherlands so this effect is averaged out somewhat, however not insignificant, an extreme example would be Delft. A quick Dutch google led me to a statistic stating 59% of the 'interesting' dating age interval in Eindhoven is male, Delft is stated to be 67%.

Obviously, luckily for us, there is another side of this coin. Utrecht and Nijmegen are most interesting with about 1.29 females per male. Leiden and Groningen follow with about 1.2 females per male. I have personal repeated experience with Utrecht and Leiden, I would recommend Utrecht due to its size. I've heard good stories about Nijmegen though.

Don't let the above make or break your decision, simply something to think about

Don't forget Maastricht!
Been there for two years and i nearly had 20 notches on that city alone.

Pros:
-Lots of students
-Female to male ratio favors men by about 3/1
-Quite diverse lots of dutch and germans but then a lot of italians, spanish, belgians, french...etc
-People are quite open
-Women are very approachable
-Perfect for day gaming (my night game is as shitty as diarrhea)

Cons:
-Its a very small city
-No clubs
-everybody knows each other (calmed down on the approaching because i started to have a "bad reputation")

You should definately check it out!

Daygame wise this is a pretty good city, same goes for nightlife. And also if you are a South American/Latin or whatsoever then this is your city since there are a lot of girls who favour this.

The Hague is the city where the government is situated. A decent city for travelers to visit, however, I strongly suggest not to pick this city if you want to raise your flags. However, if you still plan to visit, then go to Millers(Free entrance).

If any of you are planning to visit the Netherlands, then I would strongly suggest, cause even if you would be disappointed by the appearance of the Dutch girls there are a lot of foreigners who settle in Amsterdam and it is also packed with tourists from all over the world.

Oh and also, if you like weed then Amsterdam will be basically heaven for you.

All of the black/mixed Dutch girls I met in Berlin were extremely good looking. Many of them were originally from Brazil or mixed with some other type of South American. I am African American 5'7" athletic build and above average looks. It sounds like Rotterdam is place to visit for me!

I believe our language is not as nice as English in direct day game openers such as "you look great today" or something. Those sentences sound awkward in Dutch I think as a native speaker. "Je ziet er leuk uit" /"je ziet er goed uit"?? Dutch speakers what word/dentence would you use?

I've run into quite a few beautiful dutch women overseas but have never been to the Netherlands myself.

Just out of curiosity I set my tinder pin to random small cities in the Netherlands and the women on there are vast majority husky overweight chicks. There seemed to be a relative paucity of hot women. Does tinder in netherlands just attract fat women or is there some insane obesity epidemic there?

If you're here for a short time, street/day game in second tier cities is the way to go. Tinder as a back up.
I can't stress enough you should go to second tier cities like Zwolle, Groningen, Maastricht, Breda, den Bosch (probably all the larger cities in Brabant province are good).
Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht have more people, but less receptive women. Ideally you can avoid the Randstad.

Instead of starting with je ziet er leuk uit. Start with something about the place/area they are.
For instance if in a shopping area and near a V&D (department store that went bankrupt) you can ask her if she knows if/when they'll open again. If they're open, you can mention your surprise they are still in business since the news said they went bankrupt.

I can only speak on my experience with Dutch girls traveling to other places for vacation, and they were the best looking western European girls with uncanny consistency.

In Budapest, it got to the point that if you see the hottest foreigner girl(s) in Szimpla you could open by guessing they were from the Netherlands and illicit a "OMG How did you know!" response.

Dutch girls are really sexy to me. They have nice legs and asses from walking and riding their bikes everywhere.
Hitting up Amsterdam and Rotterdam the main two big cities are fine, just make sure you do your research of which places to hit up as Amsterdam is quite touristy so if you want to bang local dutch women, hitting up touristy spots, it won't happen realistically.

I can speak for Rotterdam personally as I stayed there for a few months.
The girls there are pretty much a mixes of different dutch girls with indonesian, suriname, antilles and turkey and I'm sure many more. They are slim, above average height and have great asses and beautiful hair.
Seeing a girl riding down a bike path with her long flowing hair while having her handbag on her shoulder with her ass popping out, god damn! They are pleasant to talk too but your game must be tight.
There is a heavy emphasis on street culture so most guys will be dressing into hip hop/rnb style which imo has the biggest reception. A lot of guys wear leather jackets and sneakers from what I saw.

Hitting up Maastricht from what I saw would be good. Don't hit up Den Haag.

Daygame is definitely do able, local dutch are chilled and open, you can be direct as dutch people are quite straightforward and direct in their conversations.
