I was considering buying a pair of skinny jeans since it is kind of trendy in Australia, but these jeans seemed kind of ...well feminine.

Are skinny jeans less masculine and hence reducing my chances of attracting girls ?

And what are some good masculine types of jeans to buy ?

I'm going for a tough guy look with a black denim jacket.

it depends on your build...
if you have big quads from doing heavy squats (which you should be doing) a straight leg or boot cut in dark denim should work well.

Only have skinny jeans in my wardrobe.

Not skin tight jeans. Just jeans that fit well.
