I've been trying to dig up an old Manosphere post that I read about a year and a half ago, but I'm having trouble finding it. It's not from one of the Three Rs, but from a smaller blog. I found it from one of In Mala Fide's "Linkage Is Good for You" posts.

Anyways, the gist of the post is about how if you somehow hit it off with some 'dream girl' type chick, or have some crazy connection, but don't consummate the 'relationship,' (i.e. one of you abruptly moves away) then it is better to cherish her in your memory than to try to reinitiate and fuck her, as doing so would inevitably ruin what you had. It's not about Oneitis, but about cherishing the memory of a relationship that did not run its course (leading to inevitable disillusion or crash-and-burn), but was instead stuck at a stage where it was all positive and all potential. The idea that The Perfect Memory > Making Her Just Another Fuck. An inverse Gatsby.
