You need a condom where the inner surface has microscopic little pegs (possibly nanostructures) that rub against the dick to created greater feeling as your banging. There is your $1B dollar idea.

Good idea and project (for a change) from the Gates Foundation. My concern, though, would be that $100,000 wouldn't get you very far in the medical device(?) industry. Maybe people more in the know can comment how much a company like Durex would have to spend before bringing a radically new condom to market.

It is like this whole scare about SuperBugs that are resistant to anti-biotics being the next black plague when extra strength oregeno will kill superbugs!

So it is with contraception, things like castor bean are so cheap and effective for stopping pregnancy, but Bill and Melinda are just not clued up on the some of oldest technologies on the planet - for them it has to come out of a factory to be effective!
