Can you imagine the hell fire that would follow if women had to be accountable (have receipts) for spending their child support on things related to child rearing?

I mean does any thinking person actually believe that ALL of the child support money goes to helping the child (food,rent,clothes,daycare) instead of shit like (hair,nails,make up,shoes etc). But as long as single mothers are viewed by society as helpless victims you can bet spineless politicians will never challenge the status quo of the child support laws.

I'm going to white-knight for Carissa for a second and say that it's possible that she's been spending all her money on the kid while she's been waiting on Big Juan's check. Now that she's replenished her coffers, she has money to take care of herself and try to lure a careless raw-dogger into her web.

That said, this is doubtful. We all know this kid is walking around in rags and eating gun-shapped Pop Tarts for breakfast while Carissa lives it up on his coin. I've always said child support should be paid in-kind: clothes, food, and supplies directly to the kid. No cash exchanged whatsoever. Or, alternatively, the dude could pay his money to a clearinghouse that dispenses stuff out to the kid like Amazon. That's a million-dollar idea right there.

This is one of those ideas that's completely brilliant but I think could never be implemented because of politics.

The only way it could pass would be to highlight the waste of child support and call attention to the neglected kids, when the father is paying like 3k per month. You could never sell it based on fairness to the guy. Probably hopeless anyway.

I had a similar idea years ago for people with some floor amount of DUI's ( one DUI, the number is a separate issue).

You could not buy alcohol if you were proven to be a dangerous drunk.
Some state has passed something like that now I saw. Of course, they're not going to implement the enforcement method because that would require everyone to show ID when they buy liquor. (You would have a NO ALCOHOL on your license if you were a proven dangerous drunk.)

EDit: The only way you MIGHT be able to do it is to mandate a certain part of the child support be placed on a food-stamp-like card, so the purchases would be restricted to food items. For instance, if the child support was 500 per month, maybe 200 would go onto a food stamp card.

Assuming you're not serious but it would never fly politically, the presumption is the man is guilty of not staying with the wonderful snowflake he impregnated.

The only place I've heard of that recently had a eugenics program was SIngapore and it was education based.

Something like if you had a master's degree then you got a bonus if you had a kid and if you hadn't graduated high school you got fined.

That's why you hear about so many "deadbeat dads."

Men who write checks only to see their children in tattered clothing become embittered and stop writing checks.

Going to a judge demanding that your child support payment actually goes towards the child will do nothing.

But by now men know the risks. I have no sympathy or compassion for American men. You breed with these women under the belief, "She is unique, I am unique, Nothing like this could happen to me," then you'll get punished.

Can you put child support into a trust fund having a third party (financial advisor?) in charge of how much money is doled out from the account? You would have to foot the bill for the person in charge of the trust, but it would keep a bitch accountable and any money left in the account when the kid turns 18 can go directly to him/her. Perhaps our resident lawyer knows more about this.

What needs to happen is more men need to have more control over how the money is spent. Instead of cutting checks to the women, they directly handle some of the needs of the kids. I'm sure the custodial parent will bitch about not having control of the money/needs because she's with the kids most of the time, and will resent having to consult with the father about what the kids need and when, but tough.

Hear, hear! By now American men know the game and the risks that come with it. If they are still stupid enough to procreate with or marry one of these bitches, they deserve exactly what's coming to them -whether it's good or bad. In the case of American men, however, it's mostly bad.

I am sure this will have been asked and answered before, however, how does a guy go on if he gets somebody up the stick in another country. Say a Brit or Yank gets a bird up the stick in Russia, for example......where does he stand on child support etc.....which law applies, UK / US or local laws, and do they even have local laws. I always raw dog....and it does worry me a little !
