Hostels are disgusting and I'm never again staying in one. The worst part is the smell of the other people in the room. I tried it twice, never again...

For those dumb hippies who like to brag about how much money they save in hostels, here's a better way to save money and also to enjoy a country: rent a car. Sleep in the car or in a tent, but the car is fine. With the car you can get around a city better, but, more important, you can drive around a country. Meet the people, go to villages, drive through the countryside.
